388072 2005-09-13 09:31:00 Hi
We visited my wife's parents in Te Kauwhata and their microwave blew up as my wife was heating up a meal she had prepared. The in-laws asked us to buy them a new microwave in Huntly but they had none the right size so as we were going on to spend the night with friends in Hamilton we bought one from Noel Leeming in Hamilton - a reputable brand, a Sharp.

Having delivered it and got home to the North Shore we got a phone call from the in-laws in T.K. who said that the new one was kaput - with one week !
Our brother-in-law, an electrician, confirmed it was kaput. We picked it up and took it to Noel Leeming in Link Drive, Wairau Park. No problemo, at all, they agreed right away to replace, even though it had been bought in Hamilton...... and my father-in-law had lost the receipt !!

They even couriered to T.K. at their expense - and it arrived in T.K. in less than two days.

We were totally impressed !
Misty :) :)
