2005-09-19 01:13:00 | Curioser and curioser... Hmmmmm. The cowardly letter-writer (CLW) seemed like a newbie that has just come across the infamous Metla, and so is this Dude_zBoss_ dude (first post) - and how did he find out about this thread so damn quick? A search of oldfriends.co.nz shows that the registrant of that site is indeed old enough to be a father, and so it doesn't seem likely that he is our CLW. At this point, there isn't much more to gain from pursuing any further. The CLW is probably feeling like a loser/moron now, which is probably what he/she/it is. Metla, good to see that you take it in your stride with good humour.

2005-09-19 01:20:00 | Dudes__zBoss_ was notified of this thread after someone made a post about it in his forum, He seems perfectly genuine to me. His corespondence has certainly been a worldy step above what was written in the email. | Metla (12) | |

2005-09-19 05:29:00 | I actually thought the guy/girl/thing was quite amusing in a sad little way. Was more worried about the comment that we're all geeks to some extent on here. When I look inside a computer I may go "eek!", but I never go "Gee!"... guess that makes me an outcast :(

When I look inside a computer I may go "eek!", but I never go "Gee!" . . . guess that makes me an outcast :(Bah . . that just means you arn't a hardware geek :D . You could be a software geek, or a photoshop geek or a mac geek (they definatly don't like opening their cases <ducks> ) or any of the huge varity of geeks out there . :D . Side note, just because you are technicaly proficient dosn't make you socially inept . -Qyiet |

2005-09-19 06:20:00 | I came to your site from a forum ( pcworld . co . nz ) and found that you have no life as you have done over 3000 posts Your prices are comparable to paying the same price for a Daihatsu as you would for a Porsche . . Obviously buys all his stuff from Supercheap . We'll laugh when he tries to get warranty on something . And as for no life, that must apply to a lot of us here then, including the moderators as we seem to have a bad habit of posting replies to peoples help questions . Shocking . . .
