Does Active Sync even start when you connect the device? |

| 670540 | 2008-05-19 05:17:00 | Make sure that the phone is on and ActiveSync is running on the phone. If nothing happens, force a sync from the phone otherwise delete the relationship and try again. PS. Do you have another computer to try this on in case its the phone at fault? |
