| 672190 | 2008-05-24 10:47:00 | Hi there, I just installed this under Vista, but it is not yet as well implemented as it is on Ubuntu 8.04. It hasn't found all my bookmarks from FF2, and most of my add-ons are not compatible. I had beta 5 installed earlier in the year and could run it and 2.0 in parallel with each other, but that option seems to have been taken away. Short of a system restore (I have one from earlier in the day) does anyone know how I can remove this and get FF2 back to where it was? Or alternatively have them working side-by-side? Cheers for the help, GorCh |

| 672191 | 2008-05-24 10:50:00 | Install FF2 to a different directory (eg C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 2\) Not sure if it will pick up your bookmarks etc though. There is a patch on the internet which enables 'incompatible' addons to work with FF3 RC1. It involves editing the about:config page. |
