IBM Aptiva 2194; Windows 2000 1st boot was successful any further boots following failed unless left unplugged for several hours. was dusty interior - cleaned has on board video & video card replaced psu; connected to on-board video, could see the boot through Windows 2000 status bar when it reached the end the display killed but the boot continued successfully - I could tell this because I can see the hdd light activity, when it finished I was able to shut down the computer through keyboard standand shut down. moved the video connection to the video card - no display at all, complete boot removed all pci cards: no change changed the pci video card: no change the computer is successfully booting but no video Any suggestions. Thank you |
