Geez, thats why people make personalised DVD's :illogical  |

Did you read the 'US Congress bill to criminalise commercial fast-forwarding' article? It's so ridiculous you'd have to think it was a April Fools joke, but the thing is we're not in April so what the hell is going on? I suppose us NZ'ers are just as bad if the majority of us voted in a Labour-Green-Maori Government, the worst possible combination conceivable. We'll have gay transgender weed smoking maoris running around collecting tolls for using their beaches. |

It pees me off that companies apply for these rediculous patents, but the USPO and their masters are the ones that have allowed it to come to this. On the other hand, it's lobbying from the likes of IBM and MS that has allowed it or resisted calls for change to the patent laws (which were never conceived to cover ideas, just things) |

I hope MS finds a way to kill off the enthusiasm for annoying ringtones, doof-doof music and retro-mullet haircuts. They already have turned many people off from computers by making insecure, expensive and excessive OSs. Blah blah blah. |
