| 672333 | 2008-05-25 00:08:00 | OS is Windows XP service Pack 3 Can copy or move files using the drag and drop, or cut/copy and paste method BUT if you select a file and try to use the 'Move this file' or Copy this file' option in the 'File and Folder Tasks' pane you receive the message "Windows Explorer has encountered yada yada yada" and when you select either send or dont send it still locks up the system and it can only be cleared up thru Task Manager. This has not always been a problem but we think it may have started after transferring some files over on a memory stick from our home PC. Any help would be appreciated. |

| 672335 | 2008-05-25 00:21:00 | Sounds like something is corrupt or it may not be registered. Does it crash with any folder / file you try and move or copy?? Or it could be the USB stick youre using Does it crash if you move or copy from the hdd to a folder on the hdd? |
