671749 2008-05-23 00:18:00 For privacy reasons, I would like to run a screen logger program in the background, without its icon showing in the system tray. I need to completely remove the icon, not just hide it by using the "Customize Notifications" menu.

Is there some system tray entry in the registry that I can delete?

Thanks in advance. :)

Although, you can hide the entire system tray using the registry.

Thanks in advance. :) Any sort of logging program, if its any good will automatically hide its self, including the tray icons.

BUT then of course theres the antivirus and antispyware to contend with, as most will detect the program and render it useless, as its doing the exact same thing/actions as most viruses/spyware.
