| 392184 | 2005-09-30 03:21:00 | Just out of interest what speed is this? At uni, with download accelerator running in the evenings or the weekeneds I got it just over 1000k/sec. Connection to my computer was via LAN 10Mbit (network card), my card supported 100/10 so I guess that was the hub speed..... Thanks. Edit, out of interest with speed is download accelerator 2Mbit able to achieve at night or w'ends? |

| 392186 | 2005-09-30 03:59:00 | Well the maths is easy, if you are downloading at 1000 kilobytes per second and you want to know how many kilobits per second you are getting then just multiply by the number of bits in a byte (8) :D So about you have about an 8 megabit connection. -Qyiet |
