| 672764 | 2008-05-26 12:22:00 | Hi Guys I have always wondered why websites put an extra hassle in the way of their visitors by making them input a series of random letters/numbers. Assuming they aren't trying to agitate. What's it for and what do the websites get from it. What is the correct name for this thingy? Even PressF1 has this on their search if you are not logged in.
