394775 2005-10-09 23:00:00 There is a very small button on the back of the Alcatel BE3 which it was assumed is a reset button. It is not. It seems that when pressed it may set up the phone for an external aerial. The button has been pressed and now the signal from the site shows very weak, on the phone. Often it says "service unavailable." I would like to know how it can be returned to normal, please, as the phone is only useful if you are right alongside the cell site. I know that it is old phone and you may say "why not buy a new one," but unfortunately the budget does not extend to much over $30 which does not buy much. Thanks for any help you can give.
Roscoe.
