| 394723 | 2005-10-09 07:52:00 | I get a very high pitched noise coming from the decoder while it's switched on. Is there any way to stop this? It's nearly inaudible because it's so sharp/high, but heck it's annoying and almost hurts the ears. Thx. |

| 394724 | 2005-10-09 08:11:00 | Thats not normal, probably eminating from the ferrous transformer core in the power supply resonating. Your only real option is to complain to sky and get it replaced. What happens if you give it a "calibrated thump" (percussive maintenance)? |
