| 394300 | 2005-10-07 10:20:00 | I made the mistake of downloading the Grazy Frog video for him, Now he stands by the computer dancing and wanting it played all the freaking time.... Snap! Once is enough, twice is as enjoyable as irritable bowel syndrome and three times is enough to turn off the computer. Then you get the questions about the blanked out picture bits in the PC version.....great....A |

| 394304 | 2005-10-09 07:03:00 | I hope you're not playing that lot to your lovely young child. :nerd: Which reminds me - when my son was 5yr his adult cousin asked what his favourite music was (expecting the Wiggles). He replied "Black Sabbath". What have I done!!! :badpc: :badpc:Was talking to a friend of mine whose 4y/old daughters answer to that very question was "Marilyn Mansons Personal Jesus"... Of course the said 4 y/old had no idea that the song wasn't written by Marilyn, but by some dribbly 80's band called Depeche Mode, or that the song was covered by Jonny Cash shortly before his death... My son really liked NIN when i was listening to a lot of that a few years ago.. He's 14 now, and as balanced as he could be in the circumstances. As to answering the question.. What am i listening too now? Nothing, i left me stereo at the pub. Lazy i be. The last playlist i put together was for playing before, after, and between the 5 death metal bands i was working for last night. I snuck a few things past them without complaint, such as 2 songs from the Stooges - "funhouse" and "1970" Brian Enos - "Dead finks don't talk" 2 tool cds - "Aenima" and "Opiate" Toy love - "Dont catch fire" + Sqeeze Butthole Surfers - "American Woman" (Sounds nothing like the Guess Who, who wrote the original version) The Instigators (NZ) - "Hope she's all right" Other than the above, i was submissive and played what ever i had that fitted the genre. After a full on night like last night i enjoy a bit of quiet, i might leave my stereo at the pub till after next weekend. :sigh: |

| 394308 | 2005-10-09 20:23:00 | At the moment, I'm listening to Marilyn Manson's greatest hits playing through the headphones of the guy sitting behind me. The grumpy old men aren't here to tell us to turn our music down today. On my mp3 player, I currently have Kiss greatest hits, Iron Maiden greatest hits, Aerosmith - just push play & some random Alice Cooper songs. At home, I left INXS greatest hits playing. |
