No more than the overpriced pieces of tin the DIY shops sell.

We sealed its grills and stuff.

394082 2005-10-08 01:20:00 What do you mean, your library can't help? Look for woodwork books. There's probably even a Readers Disgust Home Handyman book with plans for letterboxes. Graham L (2)

Graham, I've combed every woodworking and relevant book in my Library - the only book they had was an American one showing funny shaped letterboxes - cow/bison/whatever.

What did you enter for this search - I've tried a lot of variations and got nothing

Thanks in any case Jen and Metla - Mrs sarel needs to choose now and then I will attempt to make it. Be also warned that I am notorious for having 10 thumbs, so I'll keep the plasters ready (and she'll probably go out and buy a letterbox after not appreciating my affort). LOL'
