673109	2008-05-27 09:25:00	Hey guys... I am just wondering, anybody brought those Qualified Microsoft Product with the 30% rebate recently??? I have brought a Microsoft Wireless keyboard and mouse from PB tech, fill up the internet form on microsoft website on the 12 May, send out the copy of the invoice and my eftpos on the 13th May, I thought i will at least get a reply by email from the firm saying that they have received my letter, but no... I haven't received anything yet??? Of course not, no money credit to my account yet... Yea, I know it is upto 60 days before it can credit to my account?, but hello no communication saying received my letter or something??? 673112	2008-07-26 22:53:00	guys Remember that I have post this question about how long the rebates will come... and after sending at least 2 email, and several phone call to Microsoft NZ support line on 18th July, and I have finally get a reply from them on my second email and also my phone call on 22th July Microsoft contact me the company dealing with the rebates have put the money on the 21 July, and now it is on the weekend, i still haven't receive it...... For those of you looking where this promtel.com.au company is, it is in Australia i think, and when they credit to your nz bank account, it will take at least 5 BUSINESS days to reach into your account? i think... This is so bad!!!:annoyed: shouldn't take that long for just like $30 rebates....	jackyht2002 (6606)
673113	2008-07-26 23:48:00	My 60 days is up in 3 days time, nothing deposited into my account as yet. E-Mails have been sent, but of course no replies, a typical response that I anticipated from Microsoft. The 5 day fund transfer is B.S.
