| 672600 | 2008-05-26 06:01:00 | Hi one and all I have a spreadsheet with a column "C" approx 400 rows This column has numbers that are either negative or positive. I wish to "SUM" the negative figures to "B4 and "SUM" the positive numbers to "A4" I can "SUM" the complete column but that does not split out the negative or positive. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks in hope. HH |

| 672601 | 2008-05-26 06:25:00 | Hi Guys I think I have solved the above for myself. I have used the "SUMIF" function and used this in conjunction with < and > functions. It seems to work but if anyone has a different/ easier way, I'm still interested. Cheers HH |
