| 673951 | 2008-05-30 13:04:00 | In particular try a commercial CD, and maybe check device manager for CD/DVD-ROM drives for yellow exclamation marks... Click Start, Run, type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter (For Device Manager). Then expand/open CD/DVD-ROM to see if a error occurs that might relate to the driver... |

| 673952 | 2008-05-30 22:33:00 | If you are meaning when you put in a CD the autorun / or play does not open two things you can try, go to the CD drive, right click it / properties/ Autoplay tab, make sure its set to Prompt for Action ( down the bottom). If that doesn't work try downloading Autoplay fix (www.microsoft.com) from MS, run it and point/select the CD drive. |
