| 673536 | 2008-05-28 23:14:00 | Greets all, So he's infected with something that randomly messages me every now at then around 5-6AM with just a link to: click.and.be-c00l.info Google turns up nothing on it. I just formatted his box a short while ago to get rid of it (Easiest fix), he has the latest AVG 8, and has somehow managed to get it again... Suggestions ? Cheers Chill. |

I don't consider formatting to be a good fix for malware. he needs to run some antispyware, tell him to buy Counterspy - it does a certain amount of background monitoring. And one or two others. And use a firewall. And not to click on things to deliberately download them. |
