Dear Xtra Member,

Your e-mail account was used to send a huge amount of unsolicited spam messages during the recent week . If you could please take 5-10 minutes out of your online experience and confirm the attached document so you will not run into any future problems with the online service .

If you choose to ignore our request, you leave us no choice but to cancel your membership .

Virtually yours,
The Xtra Support Team

Dodgy subject and referal to an attachment gives it away . The general xtra member may not know what to look for though .

I know it looks stupid but in over 10 years of computing I haven't had an email virus . Maybe I'm doing something wrong

397094 2005-10-17 19:18:00 I got the exact same email from the 'Orcon Support Team' to an old free Orcon email address I have.

It looked quite convincing.
