673462 2008-06-03 00:03:00 Hi,

Could everyone please try their original DNS servers (either 203.97.33.14, 203.97.37.14 or 203.96.152.4, 203.96.152.12)?

BBC website access should now be working again.

Please let me know the URLs you're trying to access if its not working..

Cheers,
Mark Goldfinch.

673463 2008-06-03 00:18:00 Before I could get back on sunday to the friend I was trying to help, he rang to say that the site was now working again

I suspect that Paradise sorted the problem with their DNS servers

Thanks everyone for you valued assistance

PRESS F1 triumphs again :clap

For what its worth, the problem is actually with BBC, but we have put work-arounds in place to get things working again for our customers.

Thanks,
Mark.
