| 673532 | 2008-05-28 23:55:00 | You will need to download a new vista driver if you don't have one already: support-nz.canon.co.nz (Toolbox) support-nz.canon.co.nz (Driver) Just scroll down and click the checkbox to allow the download link to appear. If you install those it should work |

| 673533 | 2008-05-29 05:48:00 | Thanks have downloaded the driver from Canon and I get a message to remove the driver which I have done but nothing else happens. Tried taking the usb out before loading and also having it in the scanner but still no luck with the driver. This scanner worked fine with Win XP have also downloaded the latest toolbox 4.9.:o |
