How do I customize the 'From:' address on outgoing mail?
If you'd like your outgoing Gmail messages to display another one of your email addresses in the 'From:' field (instead of your Gmail address), just follow these easy steps:

---------------

With auto-forwarding, you can redirect some or all of your messages to another email account, automatically. Auto-forwarding is different from POP access because you need to sign in to another email account to access the Gmail messages you've redirected.

397985 2005-10-22 04:14:00 I have all my local friends on GoogleTalk . . . we use microphones and Google has a VOX set-up that actually WORKS!

Got very tired of Yahoo!'s flakey and always-breaking Yah!Mail with Voice . It fell apart so often, I was getting real jaded on the whole thing .

But Google done it right! Natch!

It seems to not care if you are dial or DSL . . they both get thru all the time . . every time!

Can't wait for GoogleSys .
