Does anyone want to see the huge stack of Lawyers fees i have paid to get them to stop? They still come every month........ Ok, subdivide your property (Winnie will do the legals for you, you'll need to supply a surveyor. If it's the business, sublet it, much easier to do). Start up a new entity or get someone to sign up a new connection for the new allotment. File all further correspondence from you favourite corporate and let them cut the old lines off. Blow a rasberry in their direction. The only snag I can envisage with this little scheme is, that they are just as likely to cut off the wrong line :dogeye: |
