As I said I have suggested she remove Kazaar. I suppose you are like the IRD, igorance is not an excuse. Yes I do. If she knows less than them, or they think they know more, which is normally the case, she needs to learn. Shes the parent not them. And if they are the "experts" then they wouldn't be having these problems. |

Let's face it. 99.9789999% of people using Kazaar or other peer-to-peer systems are doing it to look for copy-righted content, be it movies, music or software. Odds on that the kids involved in this case are. So if mum is willing to let the kids trawl the net looking for illegal goodies, then she really shouldn't be surprised that it comes with such a price. And as pointed out by others there's no reason why the users here should have had to reveal a valid email. The've just been stupid. So instead of blaming kazaar, she should take a look at what she is letting her kids do and if she is not happy, stop them doing it. The issue isn't the software, the issue is the kids' internet usage. |
