| 398118 | 2005-10-21 09:00:00 | Hi I am going to disconnect my phone line with telecom at the end of next month and I've emailed telecom about 4 days ago and still haven't heard a reply saying that they've confirm and will do this for me Ringing 123 is no help because i've been put on hold for half an hour. I think I will be able to delete the direct debit before I leave although they are in control of the date and payment to be deducted off my account. If i do delete the direct debit and they later charge me for the phone line am I liable to pay? I tried to contact them.I've emailed and phone but can't get thru. Am I responsible for it? |

Include a copy of your latest phone account, or at least the customer number portion. You are seeking to terminate a contract. Written notification, signed by you as the account holder (assuming you are the named account holder) would be hard for Telecom to dispute. Keep a copy. |
