| 675274 | 2008-06-03 09:33:00 | Hi Guys Look I have spent an hour searching this forum and am also googled up the wazoo. I spoke to a friend today who tells me he cant get email attachments on his Vista computer..I suspect some of these maybe word files and also images.. any suggestions PS I dont have Vista yet so am unsure how to advise. Thanks in Advance Keith |

| 675275 | 2008-06-03 10:44:00 | You would probably want to check that it's not something simple like they're missing the attachments column when viewing their Inbox in which ever program they're using to receive mail. In Vista the default mail program is called Windows Mail formally known as Outlook Express in previous versions of Windows (why change the name ?? because they can). Thats always the first thing I do with any XP / Vista PC - it actually allows you to use your email. |
