399463 2005-10-27 09:10:00 I don't give a toss whether some of you like it or not, if my insurer requires it, then in it goes. If you consider the consequences of not complying, then it's worth every byte.

BTW, emails have a legal standing as a broadcast (ie, published material), they can also, now, have a similar standing as faxes as a legitimate means of communication (ie, a notification), where not so many years ago I don't think this was so.

Your best defence is to be careful what you say and where you send any communication and, to return to sender un-opened any mail sent to you in error and delete unread any emails you receive in error. Not too hard really.
