Then select all options under utilities That did the trick! Firefox now opens. All pages open as to their proper URLs when I enter them. No more redirects! Spyhunter in place for good measure. See one of my replies (forums.pcworld.co.nz) where it mentions that nothing out of the ordinary was found there. Speedy's Trojan Remover did the trick, this time. Not to worry.
