676040 2008-06-06 00:54:00 Read the fine print very carefully with that company. You may find that they lock you into a 12 month contract, and they may increase prices during the term. robbyp (2751)

676042 2008-06-06 01:21:00 2 people from Vodafone came around here about 2 weeks ago.

Trying to get me on it. I said no.

Its what I'm paying already anyway (except, I dont pay for the phone, only Xnet, and I've capped myself at 15 GB), but I've never used that much. Max I would use is about 5 GB (40 a mth).

They also tried to offer me $100 free, since I already had the modem, and basically paying what their plan costs. I couldnt go on the home phone anyway, since its not my phone.

I did have their brochure whatever it is, but chucked it in the bin

676043 2008-06-06 02:33:00 I have one. Its $42 for landline plus $20 for unlimited anytime national calling and 1GB free broadband.

The one they advertise now on TV is $55.
BUT.
Its evenings and weekend calling only.

Yep, we'll all be dead by them, so you won't need to worry about it.

Your kids kids kids kids kids kids kids kids...well you get the idea. They may need to worry about it, but not you.
