2005-11-01 03:00:00 | Hi I was wondering which, out of Telecom and Vodafone, has the better 3G network, as I have $800 to spend on a cell phone on one of their phones. In terms of quality, features, deals (on the network) and the handsets. Thanks to anyone who helps!! I dont want to blow the $800 on a bad phone Mike

2005-11-01 04:42:00 | I can pick any 3G phone up to the value of $800 on any network.. | Tribomb (5547) | |
2005-11-01 08:43:00 | Personally, here's my analysis... Telecom: Good for business, speed factor. Better if you want to use mobile data, ie, using your laptop on the go. Cause they have faster speed, but in terms of "fun features", they have zero. Vodafone: Much better if you want 3G features on your phone. Like video calling, mobile TV, etc. For telecom, you can only send video clips, but you can't have video talk, which is one of the best and most fun features of 3G anyway. But of course, if you don't plan to use all this and just want speed for using your laptop on the go, go for Telecom.

2005-11-01 08:53:00 | depends what you are going to do with it, if your quite a texter then go telecom/boost for its $10 text plan. | Prescott (11) | |
2005-11-01 09:46:00 | Well, I do text a lot, but agree the features on Telecom seem more business like... It seems a little pointless getting one on telecom, as the features are not all that fun.. However, if I do go with Vodafone I will have to live with either no money or text very little... Tough choice.. | Tribomb (5547) | |
