| 676325 | 2008-06-30 14:22:00 | it doesnt seems working as i can still see those files in the log after i use "fix check" speedy, there is a one window pops up during the scan as following: for some reason your system denied write access to the hosts file.If any hijack domains are in this file, Hijackthis may not be able to fix this. If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click start, run and type: bla bla bla............ |

| 676326 | 2008-06-30 15:43:00 | I recommend getting Avast Home Edition or Ad-Aware 2007. When you do, run your computer in safe mode: Start, run, type msconfig in that box, go to the tab boot.ini and tick SAFEMODE, click ok. Then run one of those programs in that mode (might take some time), then go back to boot.ini in that mode and untick SAFEMODE, click ok. Restart comp. |
