| 675832 | 2008-06-13 01:59:00 | Hi Wratty.... Following on.... I exchanged a few words with a nice guy from Xtra about my previous mentioned speeds: Mine looked like 807-123 which do not raise the roof with joy. Yesterday he arranged some adjustment which took the download from 807 to this: www.imagef1.net.nz The download from Auckland is 3654..... Excellent! :D  Did he actually say what he did? |

| 675833 | 2008-06-13 09:52:00 | Telecom also "changed my profile" - and my disconnection problems of before vanished. When I asked what they did the HelpDesk could not tell me, only told me the tech changed the profile in the exchange. Sorry Wratterus. sarel |

| 675834 | 2008-06-13 10:51:00 | Likewise - he said something about the version of broadband that I had was no longer offered, not being up to date with what is on offer today. After doing a review (he said) of my recent use of broadband, he offered to arrange to have my contract swapped over to a newer/faster version within twelve hours or so AND recommended a new contract costing $10 per month less than I have been paying...... All I know so far is that I have the speed, fairly constant, and I will wait for next month's bill. | Scouse (83) | ||
