| 675848 | 2008-06-05 09:45:00 | Hi. I use a particular Excel Workbook at work, for a purpose where there is a lot of textual entry in the cells (in a column). The cells take as much text (as opposed to numerics) as you give them, but will not print all the text even though all text is visible on-screen and print area is appropriately set, etc. (It follows that this particular function works better for me in Excel than Word, but for this one drawback.) Any ideas? Cheers |

| 675851 | 2008-06-05 12:29:00 | With Excel 2003 you can get 32k characters into a cell but apparently only 1024 display in the cell so presumably that is all that will print. The specifications are listed here: office.microsoft.com Do you have more than 1024 characters in the problematic cells? Andrew |

| 675852 | 2008-06-06 03:16:00 | Thanks, Andrew. that appears to be the answer, together with a max row size of 409 pts. I'll just have to live with it. Cheers. | A Team (13613) | ||
