| 1427083 | 2016-10-08 20:19:00 | Hi All. I am sure I have asked this question before but cannot find it in "Search". In outlook down the left hand side are folders that I can move an email to, peoples names. When I want to move a new name it tries to join an existing name. I cannot work out how to start a new name folder. Thanks. PJ |

If you want a new folder separate to another group ( like the inbox) then right click your account name / new folder - Name it. |

Create new folder window will open, Give it a name and then save it. This works in Outlook MS Office 2007, if you have a more recent version I'm sure it will be similar. LL |
