Try going directly, in a browser type their site address http://120.138.18.104 see if it loads. |

Still no go, just a thought could it be anything to do with just going onto fibre, they installed a Huawei HG659b modem. I tried to log into the modem (192 168 1 254) to check any security settings but all I get is a web page. |
