1424388 2016-08-12 16:18:00 Hi! My cousin and I are thinking of selling RTWs online. We thought of using apple pay for payments, but paypal is also in our list. Anyone who knows how apple pay works? We are weighing all our options before we decide on what to do. Thanks for your time. Octavia Robards (17490)

Actually Paypal and Apple Pay have their differences. Paypal is commonly use for online transactions unlike Apple pay, transactions are away from the computer. It is more for the handheld market. It can let you use an iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, and an Apple watch. However, for some users, they advise business establishments to pick a service that is really safe and secure in terms of any transactions.

Thanks. This clears up things. So Paypal is the one you can use online while Apple Pay is limited to credit card machines. Did I get it right?

As far as I know Apple Pay, although highly secure is not yet available in NZ. It is on the road to becoming available in Aus but all the Aussi banks are trying to force Apple to allow them to have access to its software so that they can integrate their recently developed software into Apple Pay which will be unlikely to happen. Paypal on the other hand has been available in NZ for many years and is a very secure method of accepting online payments. Its very easy to use.

1424395 2016-08-16 08:03:00 Hmm why the need for a link to the sign up page for credit card machines at TSYS Merchant Solutions? This is a bit dubious, but insufficient evidence. I've removed the URLs. Jen (38)
