Bit like Torrent programs -- The torrent programs are not illegal, but some of the content in torrents are. There are legal torrents, good example is Linux. All depends on how the are used. |

Like game patches for example, Blizzards downloader uses torrents. And then there's this www.makeuseof.com Torrents are a great tool with legitimate uses that just so happens to be also great for pirating stuff. |
