403779 2005-11-12 20:47:00 Every day there's at least one idiot posting on PressF1. Plod, today you're it.

Jen - you should also edit his post so that it doesn't show up when the cursor is hovered over the subject title. Eg make a line with a dot or something then a couple of enters.

403783 2005-11-12 21:53:00 Hey Plod

You have just spoilt some people's enjoyment of that All Black's game if they haven't yet watched the match and just clicked on a thread called "AB". You should of warned them in your thread title that it was a game spoiler ...

I have modified your thread title to reflect this. Tsk Tsk.

Worst interferance I've ever seen. What rule did he break?
A new one you've just made?

A new one you've just made? For f's sake man - can't you get it through your head that there's something called etiquette?
Greg (193)
403786 2005-11-12 23:57:00 In my humble opinion, this would only be bad etiquette if it was a game where the result might go either way (e.g. Australia - not at the moment, though :p )

It would hardly be a spoiler if it was AB vs Canada or any European country.

403787 2005-11-13 00:08:00 If someone didn't want to know the result then they shouldn't have clicked on the thread. What else could a thread headed 'AB' be about on the morning after a game? And as Peter suggested, it wasn't as if the result was in doubt, it was only a matter of how much we won by. Historically if people didn't want a result 'spoiled' they didn't listen to the radio, watch TV or read the paper, but nowadays that should include the internet. As they say in those Otago University advertisements... andrew93 (249)
