678100 2008-06-13 07:01:00 Oh sorry just tick them in hijack and run it again I think it says click to fix or something from memory. They are just old registry entries, nothing serious gary67 (56)
678101 2008-06-13 07:04:00 Looks pretty clean to me. Run hijackthis again tick these then tick fix checked

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [p2p networking] p2pnetworking.exe

Uninstall all versions of Java, then install the latest version. Link is in my sig.

Dont tick the Java entry Gary posted until you uninstall Java.

Its possible Daemontools maybe crashing it

Go to control panel / admin tools / event viewer.

Click on application / system on the left. Go through both. Look for the time it crashed (the entries may have an X beside them).

If you find an entry / some entries. Double click on them. Click on the icon under the down arrow. Paste it here. It may show the name of a file thats causing the crash

Or the window that comes up when it crashes, I think it says file details (or something) bottom right, click on it. If it shows the name of a file here, whats the name of this file?

My internet is capped atm, do I need to install the newest version of Java or can it wait?
Wizzmitch (13863)
678108 2008-06-13 07:19:00 Yup it can wait, no rush.

I would uninstall Daemontools on both of them, and see if that fixes it
