Usually things can be slow in the evenings, due to traffic / congestion / the amount of people on the ISP, at the same time as you. Have you tried downloading in the morning / daytime?? Is the speed just as slow? |

It may need a firmware update If theyre talking about the same modem (forums.whirlpool.net.au) It may not be that good for P2P programs |
