407822 2005-11-28 04:39:00 Oh Terry, that brings back some memories. I was treated to a traditional Devonshire Cream Tea by my aunt when I was in England some years ago and gosh, was it yummy! Unlike me she was a great cook and produced absolutely divine scones. Fortunately my mother-in-law is quite good at them as well as one tends to break their teeth on mine so I gave up making them. :p :D

It's a bit hard to see them properly but this (images.google.com) is what I call cream buns. ;)

I'm eating my "afters" at the moment. A wedge of double cream Brie and a mug of black coffee with four sugars. With Stilton you realy need a nice rich port.
