407729 2005-11-27 20:23:00 Meh, When people come back with misbehaving Flash drives I just format them and tell em if it happens again I'll replace it.

I would of course try and find out if the user had formatted it themselves but if they had files they couldn't delete then its safe to say they haven't, otherwise the files would be gone....

On the flip side, Flash drives have a high rate of failure.
We must all wish that some day we will find such reasonable service. ;)

Poor service,even once , is inexcusable. To my way of thinking ,I am the one paying the money. I get what I want when I want it and if it doesn't work as advertised I am on them like a shot demanding my money back.
Any arguement and I don't go back to that shop again. No second chances.

Unreasonable? I don't think so.
