| 409497 | 2005-12-03 00:31:00 | Is anyone else getting excited about this upcoming Star Wars RTS? I've been following it for a while. I checked out some streaming videos of it on GameSpot today after having only seen screen shots and it does look very impressive indeed! I'm sure it will be a great game however I am still waiting for them to do a remake of Tie Fighter! :lol: :) |

| 409498 | 2005-12-03 00:52:00 | Remake of Tie Fighter eh? You need the Tie Fighter Total Conversion. (http://www.tftc.gaylenol.com/) It requires Tie Fighter and XWing Alliance disks for it to run. Other than that, gimme the original Talkie CD version any day! :D That and Freespace 2. YEAH BABY! |

| 409499 | 2005-12-03 01:08:00 | Hmm... good idea but I was after one from LucasArts :) I have the 3.5 version of TieFighter for DOS and FreeSpace 2 - both very good indeed - Tie Fighter definitely shows its age now though... |

| 409504 | 2005-12-04 00:27:00 | I played the demo of AoE3 - it was fun for a while and looked nice but was really just more of the same... The whole fight on land and in space thing of SW:EAW really got me into it - massive amounts of vehicles, ships, units, creatures etc. I think the best part about it is the time in which it is set - everyone knows the original Star Wars movies were the best (SW3 was excellent too)! Looks like heaps of effort and detail has been put into it - I can't wait to play it - gotta love that SW music! I will be awaiting the demo with some anxiety - I wonder what the system requirements will be.... :confused: |
