| 409024 | 2005-11-30 20:42:00 | A bit of a strange one this. Had an argume.. robust debate with a friend over what constituted a de facto relationship, and for the life of me I can't seem to find a single piece of legislation that defines a de facto relationship, or states the criteria by which govt departments deem a relationship to be de facto. What is your understanding of the criteria, and what do you base your understanding on? Lizard |
