I think she divorced him when she became famous. :) See I do know something.Uh no, Sonny is someone completely different :) but then you are probably being sarcastic and I just fell for it.. Oh well :p |

| 410352 | 2005-12-05 21:01:00 | Surprise, surprise . I have heard of Bono . He used to be the "Sony" of Sony & Cher . I think she divorced him when she became famous . :) See I do know something . Oh, Jack, thanks for the best laugh I have had for ages . You really are priceless . :D :D Bono of U2 is nothing like Sonny Bono <pukes> of Cher fame, they are totally incomparable . U2 are big . They are not long-haired yobbos, they have been around for years and their music is fantastic . Their fans even encompass at least two generations (will be four if we can get you onboard :p) . You would have heard some of their songs if you listen to the radio, even if you didn't know who was singing . Keep your ears open next time, you might get a pleasant surprise . ;) |

| 410354 | 2005-12-05 21:21:00 | True, the tickets are not to be on-sold Nothing wrong with selling a U2 CD 2nd-hand though and including free tickets with it is there... Hell, AFAIK you could even be selling a used piece of chewing gum provided you're _giving_ away the U2 tickets and not _selling_ them. While im not an expert, it seems to be similar to selling Linux distro's that've been downloaded from the 'net. You're not actually selling the distro, rather selling the CD-R, the time, the postage etc Of course I could be wrong.... it has happened before ;) Chill. |

| 410355 | 2005-12-05 21:45:00 | I didnt even know they were coming to nz...... but... U2 have been to Wanganui, for a band member / backstage workers funeral. and dedicated a song to him? i beleive it is one tree hill, but could be wrong. and yes people will pay big $$ to get something they really want....how many times do you think some of these bands will be back to nz? not many id say, so the chance of seeing any one this big is obviously not to be missed.. Good luck to those who tickets and comisarations for those who didnt........... no use pointing fingers as it seems thats how the cookie crumbles........ beetle |
