| 680465 | 2008-06-22 04:06:00 | On a serious note. A lot of larger corporate company's will not hire you without 'some' form of IT qualifications. I personally have, MCSE (Windows 2000 track),MCP (NT4 track),Comptia A+,ITIL Base, and a few other MISC. Personally I don't believe any of these qualifications are worth the paper they are printed on and experience is by far more valuable, however it does prove to some employers you are not a total cretonne, chances are the guy with the credentials will win out over the guy that doesn't. You do not specifically have to keep qualifications up to date, it is well accepted many organisation will have migrated past Windows 2000 to XP/2003 Server for example and if you employed there you probably support those. |

So true - the question how do I avoid getting infected again. The answer is normally install something a lot better than Nortons (Whinge - I paid for it - I'm not getting rid of it) Use Firefox with script/ad blocking addons (Whinge - I like IE! I'm used to it! FF seems to take longer to open!) Run decent anti-spyware applications (Whinge - But nortons does that!) and STOP LOOKING AT PORN!!!!! :crying |
