| 681212 | 2008-06-23 00:45:00 | I'd install a good codec pack, may or may not help with the problem, it's possible you may have a broken codec or filter or similar. Does it freeze when the items are viewed in a list? (No picture preview) K-lite (www.free-codecs.com)is good. |

| 681214 | 2008-06-23 00:56:00 | Wont hurt it you do update. Just make sure youre not infected with any viruses etc. Before you do. Hope youre on broadband tho, SP3 is 316 mb It should overwrite that file with a later version after you update |
