| 413973 | 2005-12-20 20:05:00 | I would second the 6800GT/GS minimum, the 6600GT is not keeping up with games like F.E.A.R now at decent resolutions little own future games. If you are building a new machine I would suggest Nvidia 7800GT as they are reasonably priced (overseas) so consider bringing it in yourself. Prices are dropping here in NZ a bit but it is slow I have recently noticed. He is after an AGP card. 7800 cards are PCI Express. Trevor :) |

Wat's equal in terms of XT and GT... i.e. 6600GT equal to a 6800XT? Depends on what you mean by "economical". Do you want the better of the two or the cheapest? |
