Unless youre planning on buying an AV program Nortons/Symantecs (which the whole world hates) NOD32 Kaspersky Clamwin which is free CA antivirus Threatfire Avira FSecure Fprot Trendmicro Mcaffee (as bad as Nortons) Panda AV Comodo (buts its only beta so maybe buggy) Bitdefender Sophos AV If you dont like anything dont put it on the net, then you probably dont need one |

| 680977 | 2008-06-22 02:16:00 | Nod32 is very good but it's not free. Kaspersky and Bitdefender are also good but again not free. I am currently using AntiVir Personal edition classic (which is free) and I like it a lot. It seems to be one of the better free antivirus I'm waiting for the new version of comodo antivirus :) |

| 680979 | 2008-06-22 04:16:00 | NOD32 Kaspersky Theses 2. Not free BUT not that expensive either, renewals cheaper than the initial purchase. Antivir free doesn't scan emails so I don't recommend it. |
