Give a listen to his Ketchup Commercials and News From Lake Woebegone. This is a streaming broadcast, so all youse guys with limited ceilings on usage or extra fees that are charged for long hours in front of the monitor, it might not be a good idea. (can't imagine anyone staring at a monitor if the media is just audio anyway...but after the santa thing anything might go in NZ) Here's Garrison Keeler and his Prairie Home Companion [needs Realplayer]: prairiehome.publicradio.org |

There used to be a comedy hour every Sunday morning on a local radio station and he featured quite regularly . There was aonother comedian (whose name escapes me at present) who sang the "Bear Hunting Song" (with the rusted busted automobile, with a monkey wrench for a steering wheel) and did similar story-telling to GK, notably his yachting experences with an off-shore breeze . Cheers Billy 8-{) :D So much good comedy, so little time to listen :( |
